I will have at least one chat, meeting or phone call with you to discuss your requirements and details of your day. It is up to you how you would like to communicate but it would be fantastic if we could meet before your day for a quick coffee and catch up about the ceremony. 

I will turn up at the allocated time and when you are both ready for the cameras I shall start filming bridal prep and groom prep (if required). After that I will subtly film all of your day capturing all the natural beauty that unfolds. This included the ceremony, reception and all other important parts of your day. 

To secure your booking there is a £100 booking fee, this will not be an extra cost but is part of the total cost you were quoted for your wedding. This booking fee is not refunded if you decided to cancel my service. 

You can pay for the service upon booking if you would like however you don’t need to pay the full amount until 4 weeks before your wedding day.

If you decide to cancel the service 4 months before your wedding you will get a full refund apart from the £100 booking fee. If you decide to cancel within  4-1 months of the wedding 50% of the money will be refunded (not including the £100 booking fee). If you cancel 1 months- on the day of the wedding this will unfortunately not be refundable as there is little chance of getting another booking within that time to replace your wedding day.

When you know you are happy with the service and the quote it is best to book as soon as possible to save disappointment as there may be others who would like to book the service for the same date.
